Imagine this; taking a bar inventory in 2019 is the same way operators did it in 1977. They used a clipboard, a product list and a pencil. And, then, as now, it takes two managers/bartenders about 3-4 hours to complete. The average is 7.5 man-hours. Nothing has changed for most of the restaurants, hotels, bars, pubs, casinos and cruise ships worldwide operating today. Amazing. Until now.
